Physicians' Organization of Western Michigan is a coalition of more than 570 physicians who believe that the interests of their patients are best served by preserving the patient/physician relationship. Through POWM, physicians can speak with a single voice on issues affecting quality of care, patient access and medical reimbursement.

In partnership with ASR Corporation, a third party administrator, POWM supports the Physicians Care PPO network to self-insured and fully insured employers from the Northern Indiana border to Northern Michigan.

POWM promotes both collaborative relationships within the community and the independence of physicians in private practice.
